Uswing Eyewear is committed to dispatching your order within 48 hours of receiving your online purchase. All orders are dispatched via either Australia Post or Direct Freight Expresss unless stated otherwise. If a faster delivery is required, or you would prefer your order to be sent by registered post, please contact us directly at uswingau@gmail.com
International Shipping & Duty Fee
For any international buyers (New Zealand is free of shipping), please confirm the shipping cost with the seller at uswingau@gmail.com
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address. Fees include handling charges, basic packaging costs, and courier fees.
Customs Clearance Fees: Any import duties, taxes, or other charges incurred during customs clearance in the destination country/region are the responsibility of the recipient, as per local regulations.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Any returns and refund are not acceptable due to change mind. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from Uswing Eyewear and must be within 7 days of invoice. Any items returned to Uswing Eyewear must be in an unused condition and may only be exchanged at the option of Uswing Eyewear for the same goods or goods of equivalent value.
